My name is Lee Peng Chai, Chinese Singaporean. I am the co-founder of YHPC CONNECT.
I am the Sales and Services manager.
Our previous company is known as Technocore Engineering Services , set-up in 1997.
I have sold wire harness machineries since 1997, 28 years experience.
Before that I work at Yokogawa Electric Singapore for 12 years . At Yokogawa , first 2 years was in plant training where I worked for 3 months in departments such as: Molding, Press, Auto-Lathe, Machine shop, Plating, Assembly, Engineering and QC . After 2 years , I was posted to Maintenance department which we to repair , maintain and improvement to boost productivity.
Productivity and Quality control are the importance needs for production factory. This is where I gain knowledge and also set-up Preventive Maintenance programs. During that time the company also adopt Just In Time policy where it can save cost on stock inventory .
I hope thru my experience and knowledge I will be glad to share with you all.
